We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Studio Associate to join our Singapore Office. As a Studio Associate at Mighty Bear Games, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting the day-to-day operations of our studio. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing comprehensive administrative support to studio leadership and the wider team.
Managing studio calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
Maintaining internal documentation and updating company records as needed.
Supporting vendor management, procurement, and invoicing processes.
Organizing team events, offsites, and other studio activities.
Serving as the point of contact for general inquiries and operational requests.
Ensuring the studio operates in an organized, efficient, and enjoyable manner.

As a Successful Candidate, You Would Have:

1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or studio support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.
A proactive and resourceful approach, with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
A passion for games, creative industries, or startup environments is a plus.

As a Bonus, You Would Have:

Experience in a game studio, tech startup, or creative agency.
Basic project coordination or HR administrative experience.
