Our Risk Services Practice provides an invaluable safeguard in today’s complex operating environment with insights and independent assurance. We work with clients to deliver business control to help them to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business from people to performance, systems to strategy, business plans to business resilience. We help clients manage, mitigate and control risks from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. We assess and prepare businesses by looking into their technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and the third parties our clients rely on, to help clients deliver quality results and meet their strategic objectives.

• Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of AI technologies across the organization.

• Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand change impacts and tailor communication plans accordingly.

• Design and collaborate with L&D (or LoS reps) to deliver training programs that ensure employees are proficient in new AI tools and processes.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, including tracking financial metrics and return on investment (ROI) to ensure value realization.

• Collaborate with the AI Strategy Lead to provide support and coaching to LoS leadership and senior management to help them lead change within their teams.

• Work with the AI Strategy Lead to coordinate the onboarding of new AI tools, ensuring they meet organizational needs and are integrated smoothly into existing workflows.

• Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure that new AI tools undergo comprehensive risk assessments, addressing any potential security, compliance, or operational risks.

• Communicate the benefits and progress of AI initiatives to foster a positive attitude towards change, highlighting both qualitative and quantitative successes.

• Identify and address resistance to change, ensuring a smooth transition to new AI-driven workflows.
