Growth Strategy Product Manager - Global Payment

Team Introduction In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on global scale across all ByteDance's business usecases. 1. Take ownership of driving user growth for Buy Now Pay Later or Cash Loan services. 2. Conduct detailed operations and lifecycle management of users based on user profiles through data analysis, user surveys, industry research, and competitor analysis. 3. Analyze and assess growth potential in product and risk control, independently complete growth plans, and drive collaboration resources with internal and external teams; effectively utilize various operational tools to enhance resource utilization. 4. Collaborate with teams such as algorithms, data, and engineering to facilitate the development of algorithm models for refined user lifecycle operations. Evaluate and continuously iterate to enhance the effectiveness of the models.

Minimum Qualifications: - Data-driven with strong logical thinking and data analysis skills. Proficient in statistical analysis tools and knowledge. Experience in using data to drive problem-solving and project implementation. - Excellent communication, collaboration, execution, and project management skills. Strong sense of responsibility and project-driven mindset. Ability to work well under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of practical experience in user operations and growth. Prior experience in strategy products and user growth is preferred. - Business acumen with the ability to abstract business scenarios. Capable of breaking down business objectives and driving iterative implementation. Prior experience in industries such as e-commerce, payment, and consumer finance is preferred.
