Job Summary
Join us on the Vélizy campus to lead a high-stakes, international department with significant impact on business objectives and customer satisfaction. You will define a strategy to develop and improve the maturity of our suppliers for each program. Within the Purchasing Department, you will lead a team of managers to ensure suppliers achieve the expected level of productivity and efficiency in their operations.
Must Have
- Define supplier development strategy in line with segment strategies.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand experiences, anticipate risks, and define action plans to prevent crises.
- Lead and manage resources, skills, and working groups during crises.
- Build and continuously develop a team of managers, fostering best practices and market technology adoption.
- Engineering degree in electronics, electricity, and/or mechanics.
- Confirmed experience in industrial engineering (technical vision, process engineering, quality, production, supply chain).
- Management experience with a team of over 10 people.
- Experience in an international environment with diverse cultures.
- Experience in contractual and supply relations with suppliers.

Within the Purchasing Department, you will take charge of leading a team of managers to develop suppliers so that they reach the expected level of productivity and efficiency in their operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining the supplier development strategy, in agreement with segment strategies,
- Establishing links with stakeholders to understand their experiences and difficulties, anticipate potential risks, and determine action plans to avoid crises.
- Leading and managing resources and skills, as well as working groups during crises.
- Building a team of managers and continuously developing skills, encouraging the sharing of best practices and the adoption of the latest market technologies.
Your profile:
Engineering degree in electronics, electricity, and/or mechanics, you have confirmed experience in:
- Engineering in the industrial sector with a technical vision, process engineering, quality, production, or supply chain
- Management of a team of more than 10 people
- International environment with interaction with different nationalities and cultures.
- Contractual and supply relations with suppliers
