Your impact

As a Transformation Manager, you’ll make an impact by:

• You will support/lead teams to drive and deliver high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders and C-level management primarily within top tier industry clients to successfully drive their digital transformations from strategy through to execution.
• You create value on large-scale, complex digital transformations (e.g. SAP, CRM, HCM,.. transformations) by identifying business needs, translating business requirements into technical concepts and guiding workstreams accordingly.
• You will moderate and facilitate workshops with (senior) client stakeholders and leverage agile working practices such as design thinking, SAFe, SCRUM, etc.
• You will support/lead the setup and orchestration of program and project management office to support large-scale, complex digital transformations in a fast-paced international environment.
• You will help to drive non-engagement related activities such as business development, proposal writing, cross-team collaborations and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• You take an active role in the expansion of a top tier consulting team in the field of strategy & transformation and work in a dynamic international environment. The environment is driven by respect, collaboration, strong team spirit, and winning as team not as an individual.

About you

• You have a degree (bachelor / master / diploma) in business, computer science or engineering
• As a (Senior) Manager you have at least 5 to 7 years work experience having worked in consulting and/or you bring relevant project experience in large-scale digital transformations within the Public Sector. Experience in digital strategy and target operating model is a plus.
• You are passioned about digitalisation, digital transformations and new technologies, and you are willing to further strengthen your technical capabilities and leverage digital solutions to support our clients.
• You have excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills and you are proactive and enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French (both spoken and written)
• You are a passionate team player and enjoy socializing with clients and colleagues.
