About the Team: Travel Services is a part of the Global Mobility Services department. We are committed to supporting the business travel services of ByteDance employees, and through the professional management of business travel resources, ensuring the implementation of standardized operation processes and policies, as well as managing external suppliers to provide a good business travel service experience. Responsibilities: 1. Combining the company's business and travel characteristics, assisting the team in building a travel operation system, continuously improving the quality of travel product delivery and global travel service experience; 2. Responsible for travel services operation,such as travel suppliers and Travel Oncall service-level agreement making and performance review, coordinating with procurement internal and external service teams to optimize travel systems and processes, managing travel experience sharing groups, answering users' daily travel questions, handling escalated complaints, and achieving standardized system and process precipitation. 3. Participate in special projects related to travel services within the Global mobility services department, such as cross-border mobility projects, and collaborate with procurement internal and external teams to efficiently promote project implementation, optimize travel systems and processes. 4. Through research, interviews, data analysis, etc., integrate the new needs and suggestions of users using the company's travel products, and timely promote the solution to users' special needs. 5. Participate in the management of supplier services , ensure the delivery quality of suppliers meets our needs and improve travel efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above major in tourism or business management or related field; - At least 2+years of working experience in customer service operations, travel, or procurement. Preferred Qualifications: - Well understanding of business travel operation process and business travel knowledge are preferred; - Strong learning ability, good at active thinking to adapt to a fast working pace. In-depth understanding of the company's business characteristics and business travel development stage from a global perspective; - Be patient and proactive, with strong attention to details, quickly identify the risks in the operation work and respond actively , anti-pressure ability; - Strong sense of responsibility, customer-service driven, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit; - Mandarin speaking could be a plus, since this role will support a number of Chinese employees.
