The Team and Role:
The TSE Technical Manager is responsible for providing expertise in tooling, molding, and mechanical design.

·         Participates in NPI from product design review to Tooling DFM finalization; provides expertise in tooling, molding, and mechanical design.

·         Tooling design review with ME and suppliers to ensure the tooling structure and MP stability.

·         Contribution to tooling structure optimization, including tooling layout design, hot-runner design, tooling texture, tooling material selection, and lead time negotiation.

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

·         New 2nd tooling development and qualification

·         MP tooling sustaining and troubleshooting

·         Support production line on abnormal issues solving

·         Do routine audits for mechanical parts suppliers in Vietnam
