Unity Developer (VR/XR Experiences)

Job Description:

As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality VR/XR experiences, with a focus on optimization, performance, and smooth deployment across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with a creative team to bring concepts to life while ensuring the best possible user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize VR/XR applications using Unity3D and C#.

Implement lighting, shading, and rendering techniques to enhance visual quality.

Work with animation systems to create realistic and interactive experiences.

Optimize performance through profiling and code optimization.

Deploy projects on platforms such as Android, Windows, Linux, WebGL, and more.

Work with cloud services like Azure and Amazon for deployment and scaling.

Collaborate with 3D artists, designers, and other developers to integrate models, textures, and animations.

Implement multiplayer solutions using Photon, PlayFab, Mirror, and other networking tools.

Ensure projects are scalable and efficient, meeting performance requirements on different devices.

Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience with Unity3D development, particularly with VR/XR projects.

Proficient in C# programming and object-oriented principles.

Solid understanding of lighting, optimization, and profiling techniques within Unity.

Experience with deploying applications on Android, Windows, Linux, and WebGL.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and Amazon for game/app deployment.

Experience with multiplayer frameworks such as Photon, PlayFab, and Mirror.

Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and animation integration.

Strong understanding of performance optimization for VR/XR experiences.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with AR development.

Experience working with PlayFab multiplayer servers or similar services.

Knowledge of Unity ECS (Entity Component System) for large-scale projects.

Experience in VR hardware and SDKs (Oculus, HTC Vive, etc.).

Familiarity with mobile VR platforms (Oculus Quest, etc.).
