Video/Motion Visual Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Video/Motion Visual Designer to elevate our eLearning courses with high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and motion graphics, with experience in the AEC and Interior Design sectors being a significant advantage. This role will support the instructional design team to create visually appealing and engaging courses that lead to high learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create video content and motion graphics for Architecture, Engineering, and Design-related courses.
• Design and produce engaging video lessons, tutorials, and animations that complement course content and enhance learner engagement.
• Ensure all video and motion graphic content aligns with industry standards and best practices for eLearning.
• Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant tools to create high-quality visual content.
• Edit and refine video content to ensure clarity, coherence, and visual appeal.
• Incorporate feedback from instructional designers and SMEs to continually improve visual content.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in video production, motion graphics, and eLearning design, particularly within the AEC and Interior Design sectors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality visual content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Design, Motion Graphics, Video Production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in video production and motion graphics design, preferably within the AEC and Interior Design sectors.
• Strong proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant tools.
• Experience with eLearning content development and a good understanding of instructional design principles.
• Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing video content and motion graphics.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
