ROLE:

We are looking for a creative Visual Designer to join our Course Production Team, where we constantly strive to develop innovative solutions to package our learning content in different formats around researched frameworks and processes to offer seamless learning experiences for our students. You are expected to be able to pick up the ropes and not give up; organize, plan, and act, all while managing time effectively. This role will offer you unfiltered insights, problems, and opportunities to create an impact at a high-growth stage Startup! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visualizing and developing the syllabus of the courses through presentations, guidebooks, documents, infographics and other miscellaneous formats.
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to translate complex concepts into visually engaging and pedagogically effective learning materials.
• Actively researching new strategies of learning and consuming content to benefit learners with different skills and cognitive capabilities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques to generate innovative ideas and maintain a high standard of design excellence across all course materials.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company's visual identity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company's designs remain fresh and relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a visual designer, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and creativity.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with ideating and executing vector illustrations is a plus.
