Job Description

As a Working Student C++ Software Developer at Hololight, you'll join the Integrations Team, optimizing and implementing advanced 5G technologies within their Streaming SDK. Responsibilities include developing features for the Stream client to optimize network load, developing features directly with OpenGL on mobile Android devices, testing applications, creating documentation, and performing basic maintenance tasks. This role requires excellent C++ and OpenGL skills, experience with graphics programming, and a strong understanding of AR/VR technologies. The position offers a modern workplace with home office options (not fully remote), a collaborative team culture, high creative freedom, and development prospects within a rapidly growing company.

Must have:

Enrolled student (1-2 years remaining)
Excellent English (written & verbal)
Good C++ skills
Good OpenGL knowledge
AR/VR technology enthusiasm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our team is looking for an experienced C++ Working Student (m/f/d) on-site, who can take part in our Integrations Team, optimizing and implementing advanced 5G technologies within our Streaming SDK.

YOUR MISSION

Development of features for the Stream client in order to optimize Network load
Development of features directly with opengl on mobile android devices
Testing of applications
Creation of Documentation and basic-maintenance tasks

YOUR PROFILE

Enrolled Student for at least another 1-2 years
Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AR and VR technology
Completed and relevant maths or tech degree, or self-taught skills
Good C++ skills
Good knowledge of graphics programming (opengl) and graphics development.
Experience with Unity3D development is a plus
Good C# skills are a plus
