Job Description

As an Account Executive - DACH, you will be responsible for driving sales within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This includes identifying and qualifying prospects, developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals. You will be a key player in expanding Remote's presence and customer base within the DACH market.

Must have:

Proven track record of sales success in the SaaS or HR technology industry
Experience selling to businesses in the DACH region
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Good to have:

Fluency in German and English
Experience with remote work and global employment
Understanding of payroll and compliance regulations
