This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural 3D Modeler. As an Architectural 3D Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and designing 3D models, using software such as Blender. You will also be responsible for lighting and rendering the models to create realistic visualizations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with the design team, interpreting architectural drawings and concepts, and bringing them to life.

• Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling
• Experience with Blender software
• Proficiency in lighting and rendering techniques
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and concepts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is a plus
