Mediaocean seeks an Associate Manager - People & Culture with 8+ years of HR experience. You'll manage employee issues, ensure HRIS accuracy, implement HR policies, and drive key HR processes. What You Will Do:

Effectively manage difficult employee issues/concerns, terminations, exits, employee issues, disciplinary actions/process in compliance with labor law and employee grievances.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resources information systems.
Act as a Business Partner to effectively implement and communicate Key HR Policies and processes to business stakeholders, employees & support business leadership team and stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and drive culture transformation.
Drive key HR processes across end-to-end employee life cycle and is responsible for overall operational effectiveness and compliance with company policies and applicable legislation

Who You Are:

8 to 12 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR Generalist functions, HR Operations, HR Advisory & Talent Management, Job evaluation etc.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrate prudence in dealing with confidential and/or sensitive matters.
Working knowledge of relevant regulations that affect HR strategy and reporting on Attrition and Performance Management System Activities.
Proven ability to work within a team environment with the ability to motivate, influence and inspire others.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
