What You Will Do:

    • Effectively manage difficult employee issues/concerns, terminations, exits, employee issues, disciplinary actions/process in compliance with labor law and employee grievances.
    • Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resources information systems.
    • Act as a Business Partner to effectively implement and communicate Key HR Policies and processes to business stakeholders, employees & support business leadership team and stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and drive culture transformation.
    • Drive key HR processes across end-to-end employee life cycle and is responsible for overall operational effectiveness and compliance with company policies and applicable legislation

Who You Are:

    • 8 to 12 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR Generalist functions, HR Operations, HR Advisory & Talent Management, Job evaluation etc.
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrate prudence in dealing with confidential and/or sensitive matters.
    • Working knowledge of relevant regulations that affect HR strategy and reporting on Attrition and Performance Management System Activities.
    • Proven ability to work within a team environment with the ability to motivate, influence and inspire others.
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
