We are looking to hire a Junior Partner Manager of Brand Partnerships to join us by supporting our North American Partner Management team. We are interested in a team player who is looking to learn and develop in the world of brand partnerships while also being a vital contributor right away.

As a Junior Partner Manager of Brand Partnerships, you will work on a team that oversees EFG’s global portfolio of brand partners. You will work collaboratively with partners, the sales team, and the product and event teams to support high-quality sponsorship programs across global esports events and gaming festivals.

The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who has an attention to detail, an ability to juggle multiple priorities, an inclination to dive deep into the details, and a passion for creativity. They must have the ability to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely, both written and verbally, and think outside of their direct sphere of responsibility.

This position will be based in the United States and reports to our VP Partner Management.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the partner management team on ESL FACEIT Group’s largest global partners by helping implement their sponsorship programs
  • Work across global product and event teams to gather information and streamline communication, resulting in successful partnership execution
  • Become the eyes and ears of the partnership, ensuring that notes are taken for all internal and external meetings, as well as tracking that sponsorship deliverables are  fulfilled
  • Lead on partner materials - including but not limited to partnership trackers, recap  decks, partnership overview documentation, and more
  • Maintain knowledge of and manage expectations surrounding event timelines and deadlines
  • Ensure the highest quality implementation of partnership programs through delivery of in-broadcast, online, and on-site partnership entitlements
  • Communicate the progress of partner initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Track key account metrics/prepare reports on account status
  • Support for both account lead and the Vice President of Partner Management on special projects
  • Perform other duties, functions, responsibilities, projects and assist as necessary
