Associate Producer

// DESCRIPTION

As as Associate Producer working within our Production team, you will be expected to work closely with the whole team from Interns to Directors supporting everyone efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for keeping the team accountable to their commitments to making the very best game with excellent communication and strong organisational skills. It is expected that you are someone who is brilliant at building and maintaining relationships. BULKHEAD expects that you are confident and proactive, you can work independently whilst always being aware of what the team and the game needs, be able to prioritise your own workload whilst always considering others and their requirements.

// RESPONSIBILITIES

-Take responsibility for the teams you are assigned, working closely with all stakeholders to plan, track and ensure delivery of tasks

-Create actionable points from all meetings and ensure the team is aware of their responsibilities

-Follow up on all tasks and ensure deadlines are being met

-Manage inter-team dependencies

-Support the team to make decisions and ensure those decisions are actioned

-Any other reasonable requests made by the team or Senior Leadership

// REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-Experience as a PA in a similar creative/fast paced environment

-Experience managing multiple diaries

-Experience working with lots of teams across a company

-Excellent Listening skills

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-High attention to detail

-Strong organisational skills

-Excellent time management

-Analytical skills

-Creative problem solver

// DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-Knowledge of the video game industry or strong willingness to learn what it takes to make a game

-Be able to always see the bigger picture

-Experience in a similar role in video game production
