Job Title: Associate Producer, Publishing Operations
Reporting To: Senior Director, 1st Party Operations

Your Mission
As an Associate Producer you will be responsible for providing support to the production and development teams in a variety of areas. This entails active involvement through all phases of development including pre-production, production, alpha, beta, and submission. Specific duties are overseeing areas including but not limited to QA, localizations, ratings, legal clearance, build schedules, first party submissions, and other similar aspects of production.
The Associate Producer manages important areas of production, which can include direct management of a support sku, while also serving as a catch-all for any production tasks that require attention. Provide ongoing risk assessments to production team leadership with respect to weaknesses, bottlenecks, and risks to schedule; help troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Manage build schedules, deliveries, and distribution in coordination with production leadership
Coordinate asset reviews with legal teams at the direction of production leadership
Drive and lead day-to-day production of a support sku, patches, or downloadable content
Work closely with Developers, QA, and other partner groups to supervise submission of skus to first parties
Work closely with QA and Technical Requirements groups to supervise QA process including coordination and communication between production team, QA, TRG, and developers; also includes managing bug database
Build strong relationship with development teams as part of providing support to them
Manage build schedules, deliveries, and distribution
Be a secondary point of contact for cross-functional groups including Brand Management, Marketing, PR, etc.
Contribute creative feedback to production team leadership to help ensure product is meeting quality and feature goals
Record meeting notes when needed and translate them into a coherent, organized recap and list of action items
Player Profile
QA Leadership or Production experience required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience preferred
Understands fundamentals of scoping, scheduling, staffing, budget, and project management
Prior work experience in Information Technology or in related role preferred.
Demonstrates high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience liaising with cross functional departments.
Strong project and time management skills required. Should be comfortable working on several projects simultaneously and have the flexibility to prioritize based on the needs of the business
Organized, proactive, and accountable.
Experience in public speaking is a plus.
Willingness to travel and/or coordinate representation.
Gaming enthusiasts and/or gamer is a plus.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location.
