You will, together with the team, deliver high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients in the Pharma & Life Sciences industry, and / or x-industry.
The projects typically include transforming the go-to-market approach of our clients (e.g., strategy, operating model, data governance), customer engagement and hyper-personalization (marketing, sales, omnichannel engagement), enabling insights with data & analytics (e.g., advanced analytics use cases, data science), and equipping customer-facing organizations through implementation of global technology platforms or digital operations (customer relationship management platforms, content management, data lake / data architecture, analytics platform, etc.).
The functions span across the Pharma & Life Sciences value chain, with a focus on commercial and the customer-facing organization.
You will work with international clients and we will provide you the opportunity to gain experience working in multicultural teams within Switzerland and abroad.
You will be collaborating with PwC's global network of Pharma & Life Sciences experts and you will have access to our market leading propositions, methodologies, assets and training materials.

Your Skill Set
You have had exposure to projects involving data & analytics use cases and technologies, digital technology implementation, customer centricity, and / or commercial excellence.
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, plus initial experience working in Pharma & Life Sciences, ideally as a consultant, or within a Pharma & Life Sciences company on those topics. We also welcome cross-industry experience if you are specialized in one of those topics.
You are perceived as knowledgeable in at least one of those topics and can contribute to capability building of the team and independently lead a conversation with clients.
You are structured in your thinking process, pay attention to detail, have strong problem-solving skills and are technology proficient.
You display strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills and you are proactive and enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
You are a passionate team player and enjoy socializing with clients and colleagues.
You have demonstrated leadership skills by leading a team of multiple team members with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
You are fluent in English and you are flexible to travel within Switzerland and/or abroad to serve our international clients.
You have or you are eligible for a work permit in Switzerland.
