Intro

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Strategy & Operations team at FRVR. This role will be crucial in driving our business reporting and analysis efforts. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Ops, you will prepare comprehensive Board and leadership reports, conduct in-depth business data analysis, and participate in Business Unit reviews with our FP&A team. Your work will support Leadership and the company's long-term strategy, by managing targets & OKRs, overseeing project management initiatives, and identifying improvement opportunities. Challenges & Responsibilities

• Core Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed reports for Leadership and board, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Conduct thorough business data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the team to build comprehensive business Unit Reviews.
  • Support leadership and company routines by managing targets & OKRs.
  • Oversee and manage various project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

We are looking for someone with:

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant professional experience and a proven track record in a similar role will also be considered instead of formal education.
  • Continuous learning mindset committed to keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
• Advanced Skills:
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong analytical background and experience in business analysis, controlling and/or reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with process automation tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, Looker) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Good project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, conveying complex data insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing business processes and workflows.
