Are you an eager student currently enrolled in a master's or bachelor’s degree in an IT, Math, Economics, or Statistics program, and do you love games and data? This internship might be for you! We are looking for a creative intern with an entrepreneurial drive who is fluent in either Dutch or English.

GamePoint is one of the world's leading social game developers, based in the Netherlands. We create cross-platform games and have continued to satisfy every type of gamer for over 20 years.  We’ve continued success with GamePoint Bingo, RoyalDice, CardParty, and WordTornado to name a few.

We aren’t finished there and continue to develop new games and products for young and old alike. We operate with a diverse international team of game, marketing, and community developers from around the world. Position Summary – Internship Data Analyst

We currently have a great opportunity for a data-driven Intern within our Business Intelligence team! As a Business Intelligence intern, you will analyze sales and game data to identify actionable insights. With the gained insights you will be supporting decisions and communicating findings to various stakeholders.

Note: EU residency is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data from different platforms
• Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments such as Game Development, Marketing and Monetization to analyse data and communicate insights
  
• Create insightful dashboards in Tableau
  
• Share and collaborate on new analytics ideas with the BI team

Educational & (Work) Experience

• Studying a master's or bachelor’s degree in IT, Maths, Economics, or Statistics

Essential skills

• SQL: Basic SQL (Select, Joins, And, Or, Group By, Wildcards)
  
• Fluency in English (speaking & writing)

Bonus point 

• If you have an interest in gaming/are a gamer
