Meet the team 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧

You'll be an integral part of our Creatives Growth team, composed by a Creative Lead, Creative Producer, 4 Unity Video Designers, 4 Motion Designers, and 1 Creative Dev. Your role involves working alongside Unity Video Designer, Creative Producers, and Studio Developers coordinating cross-functionally to ensure that we reach objectives.

Role and Missions - What you will do 🚀

As a Creative Developer, you will be essential in bridging the gap between the Creative team and the Game developers. Your mission is to accelerate the delivery of necessary features for creative production, enabling the testing of non-existing features, new game mechanics, and visuals. You will contribute to the diversity of the game, helping identify winning features and improving the overall gaming experience.

• Develop, implement, and optimize new features and gameplay mechanics using Unity
• Fix bugs and resolve technical issues to ensure that all developed features meet the quality standards.
• Provide console support for new game prototypes.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help shape the creative vision

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Unity3D game engine, its main components, and advanced Unity features and packages.
• Strong command of C# programming language and Unity Engine API.
• Familiarity with programming patterns
• Proficiency in artistic tools such as Photoshop, Blender, shader tools, or similar.
• Understanding of mobile game ads and current marketing trends.

Soft Skills:

• Curiosity and a demonstrated eagerness to enhance technical knowledge.
• Ambitious with a proactive approach and dedication to tasks.
