Enablon is currently looking for a Financial Planning Analyst

Essential Duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of Finance-related information in the HR software (Workday), including cost centers, position numbers, Business Units and variable compensations

  • Ensure accuracy of the Finance HR roster including and not limited to their cost center, start date, end date, country/entity of work location and compensation. This roster is used by FP&A for planning and financial reporting purposes

  • Determine each Department people costs budgets and validate in Workday Job Requisitions accordingly.

  • Enforce with accounting accurate people costs reporting for actuals and explain People costs variances vs. forecasts and between reforecasts

  • Calculate monthly worldwide Bonus accrual

  • Partner with local FP&A Managers to determine commission expense and related capitalized commissions in compliance with IFRS standards

  • Provide ad hoc analysis on a need basis

Other Duties

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications

Education: Master Degree in Finance, or related field

Languages: French and English fluent

Work Experience: 1 to 2 years work of experience 

  • Strong, data-minded analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, a proactive mentality and ability to perform well under pressure

  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

  • Good communication and presentation skills. Capable of communicating precisely and effectively with internal stakeholders including cross-functional alignment.

  • Self-starter and pro-actively identifying financial opportunities and risk assessments

  • Excellent MS Excel knowledge, SAP and SAP BI knowledge being a plus

Location: Bois-Colombes (Hauts de Seine), flex-office
