Enablon is currently looking for a Financial Planning Analyst
Essential Duties and responsibilities
Ensure accuracy of Finance-related information in the HR software (Workday), including cost centers, position numbers, Business Units and variable compensations
Ensure accuracy of the Finance HR roster including and not limited to their cost center, start date, end date, country/entity of work location and compensation. This roster is used by FP&A for planning and financial reporting purposes
Determine each Department people costs budgets and validate in Workday Job Requisitions accordingly.
Enforce with accounting accurate people costs reporting for actuals and explain People costs variances vs. forecasts and between reforecasts
Calculate monthly worldwide Bonus accrual
Partner with local FP&A Managers to determine commission expense and related capitalized commissions in compliance with IFRS standards
Provide ad hoc analysis on a need basis
Other Duties
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualifications
Education: Master Degree in Finance, or related field
Languages: French and English fluent
Work Experience: 1 to 2 years work of experience
Strong, data-minded analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, a proactive mentality and ability to perform well under pressure
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Good communication and presentation skills. Capable of communicating precisely and effectively with internal stakeholders including cross-functional alignment.
Self-starter and pro-actively identifying financial opportunities and risk assessments
Excellent MS Excel knowledge, SAP and SAP BI knowledge being a plus
