Job Description

Absolute Sports seeks a Graphic Designer for its digital marketing team. Responsibilities include creating visually engaging digital and print assets (website banners, social media graphics, email templates, etc.) for various platforms. Collaboration with the marketing team to align designs with campaign goals is crucial. The role involves developing graphics packaging for sports content, creating appealing thumbnails, and motion graphics videos. Maintaining brand consistency and meeting deadlines are key. Ideal candidates possess strong design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects), and a passion for sports.

Must have:

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
Create engaging digital & print assets
Collaborate with marketing team
Maintain brand consistency
Meet deadlines

Good to have:

Animation tools (Adobe Animate, Cinema 4D)
Web design principles, HTML/CSS

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Graphic designer for our digital marketing team to develop our ad creatives and brand content for Facebook, Google, and Linkedin among other digital platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about Sports and has a strong sense of design aesthetic that appeals to Sports fans.

Location: Remote

Role: Contract

Key Responsibilities

Creating visually engaging digital and print assets such as website banners, social media graphics, email templates, browser banners, images, and landing pages to promote affiliate program and product integrations.
Collaborating with the marketing team to understand the target audience and goals of each campaign and incorporating these insights into your designs.
Deliver graphics packaging for sports news and media content as per content strategy
Develop and deliver appealing thumbnails that help the content to achieve targets on subscription, views, and engagement
Create Motion Graphics videos as and when required with a keen sense that Delivers the message most simply while also appealing to the audience that we cater to.
Maintaining a consistent brand identity across all visual materials.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure that design needs are met and expectations are clear.

Requirements

A degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AfterEffects
Working knowledge of animation tools like Adobe Animate and Cinema 4D will be preferred.
Experience creating digital and print marketing materials, with a portfolio that showcases your design skills and understanding of marketing concepts.
Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS coding (preferable but not mandatory)
Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to design with the end user in mind (preferable but not mandatory).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of affiliate marketing and the ability to create designs that align with affiliate marketing strategies and goals.
At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design for social media content, graphic novels, or game design.
Someone passionate about the latest trends in Design & Motion Graphics/
Candidates who operate best in high-speed environments.
Ability to break molds and formats of one’s previous work.
