Senior Manager Design - Dressberry
As the Senior Manager Design at Dressberry, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the creative direction and
design strategy for our apparel line. 
Your role is pivotal in conceptualizing, developing, and executing designs that resonate with our brand values
and target audience. 
By collaborating closely with various teams, you'll ensure that our apparel designs effectively communicate our
brand identity and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction:
 Overlook the creative direction and vision for the brand. 
 Develop and communicate design guidelines, brand aesthetics, and creative concepts
 Responsible for styling of Apparel shoots; overall aesthetics and look and feel of campaigns; work
closely with the Brand team to ensure consistency in line with Brand guideline.
Design Strategy:
 Collaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design development.
 Develop a comprehensive design strategy that meets business objectives and drive sales
 Conduct research on fashion and apparel industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation
Design Execution:
 Responsible for creating detailed tech packs that illustrate design and construction details with high
accuracy.
 Bring innovation and creative solves to meet the dynamic market shifts. 
 Maintaining line sheets for seasonal range plans.
 Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with Tech team- Fabric/print/surface/design follow up and
approvals.
 Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadlines.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
 Gather customer feedback from the sales team.
 Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth production processes.
 Should be a team player and able to work with teams to achieve organizational and brand goals
efficiently, management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

 9 - 11 years’ experience in women’s westernwear and Graduation from NIFT/PEARL.
 Demonstrates high level aesthetics and creative ability with a strong understanding of youth culture.
 Updated with both Indian and international womenswear trends and brands.
 Strong communication and articulation of ideas
 Ability to manage multiple deadlines and calendars.
 Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision.
 High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
