About the Role
As a Business Analyst with CloudHire Consulting, you'll play a key role in a dedicated team focused on automating processes within the finance department of a rapidly growing anesthesia company. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical development by analyzing existing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and documenting requirements for the automation engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with finance department stakeholders to gather information, understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze and document existing financial processes, including data flows, tasks, and pain points.
- Identify opportunities for automation that can improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the finance department.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise specifications for the automation engineers.
- Work collaboratively with the Automation Engineer and other team members to design and develop effective automation solutions.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the developed automation solutions meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation for the automated workflows.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for financial process automation.
