Senior HubSpot Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of HubSpot CRM solutions, including customizations, integrations, and automation workflows.
  
• Collaborate with design, management and client to understand the requirements.
  
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that align with industry best practices and company goals.
  
• Customize HubSpot modules, templates, and APIs to meet specific business requirements.
  
• Optimize HubSpot performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and updates, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
  
• Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for HubSpot implementation and integration.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on CMS/CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  
• Extensive experience with HubSpot CMS/CRM, including proficiency in HubSpot APIs, workflows, custom objects, and integrations.
  
• Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
  
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modelling concepts.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  
• HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Developer Certification) preferred.
