3D Animator Cum Video Editor
Job Description
- Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for internal company videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training, and other enterprise-wide projects
- Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, and select optimal forms of media for projects
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
- 'Breathing life' into 3D rigged models
- Transforming storyboards into animated sequences
- Ability to visualize 3D iterations of two-dimensional storyboards and artwork
- Good instinct for timing, movement, and editing cuts
- Experience working with 3D models and rigs (provided by 3d modelers and riggers, respectively)
- Understanding of acting techniques, cinematography, and visual storytelling
- Understanding of anatomy, how limbs move, the effect of weight, and the behavior of skin and flesh
- Work with our creative teammates
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
- Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
- edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/S, media management and archiving project media
