Home Delivery Governance Lead

Description -

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for managing relationships with large accounts and partners, addressing operational concerns, and driving issue resolution. The role conducts performance reviews, develops improvement plans, and communicates process changes to the key stakeholders. The role stays updated with industry trends to effectively lead negotiations, mitigate risks, and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Perform new Home Delivery Deal assessment for HC, special requirements & provide feedback

  • Lead & actively support Governance reviews (HDF)  & maintain Home Delivery Funnel overview

  • New HD Deal with request of consolidated invoicing to be actively approved by  CO Finance

  • Provide Management summary of new Home Delivery Deals / Status, retrieve passive Approval

  • Address Operational improvements for your process. ​

  • Create, monitor, and report process metric tied to process improvement objective

  • Communicate and be focal point for process questions for scope of domain

  • Keep process documentation and related documents up-to-date for scope of domain



Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in account management, business development, supply chain, customer service, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications
• Business Process Management/ PMP
