Job Description & Summary
We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team in the position of HR Business Partner. In this role, you will work closely with the management of the Assurance department and provide HR support to its employees. Previous experience in coaching, analysis creation, and a strategic perspective on employee development is a significant advantage.
● Providing support & advisory to employees & c-level in the Assurance department regarding performance processes and participating in departmental projects,
● Actively addressing areas such as compensation, performance, reporting, training and career development for employees,
● Actively participating in areas such as creating staff cost budgets and quarterly forecasts
● Close cooperation with finance department, HR & Operations team
● Setting up new and improving existing HR processes,
● Attending departmental meetings and proposing suitable solutions related to HR topics,
● Collaborating with other internal departments to create company policies and procedures.

Experience: Previous experience in the position of HR Business Partner (minimum 3 years), ideally within an international company.
Performance Management: Proven experience in evaluating performance management, reporting and employee selection processes.
Labor Law Knowledge: Good understanding of labor law and its applications.
Language Skills: Proficiency in the English and Slovak language, both written and spoken.
Technical Skills: Practical experience with MS Excel, including the creation of reports and analyses.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, demonstrating proactivity and a broad perspective in the HR area.

Wage (gross): From 2 000 EUR/month - based on the candidate's seniority, we are open to discuss salary options individually.
