We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager to support and develop a talented and devoted Engineering team.  The role is varied and involves HR partnering support for a range of regional leaders within Engineering organisation, delivering regional HR service responsibilities for Bulgaria based managers and employees and will contribute to key global HR initiatives and processes.

About the role: As an HR Manager in our Engineering hub, you will:

• Deliver strategic HR and TA management
• Focus on employee engagement and retention
• Lead, develop and grow strong HR&TA team; provide development, monitoring and analysing individual KPIs, provide development plans and overall work quality
• Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires
• Provide necessary reporting and analysis to the Head of HR and Engineering department stakeholders
• Develop and control HR budget for the hub
• Work closely with business segments to ensure consultation processes are carried out correctly and in a timely manner
• Proactively support the deliver HR processes at the stakeholder’s side
• Manage complex HR projects cross-functionally
• Build a strong business relationship with the internal client
• Identify gaps, propose, and implement changes necessary to cover risks
• Provide councel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation
• Perform other duties, as asked by Head of HR and Site manager of the hub, which are related to this position, and which meet the qualifications
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time and considered as part of duties.

In order to succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Knowledge of the Labor Code and the normative documents regulating the labor - legal relations with the personnel
• 5+ years of professional experience on a leadership role
• University degree or completed qualification course related to the specialty
• Familiarity with social media channels and professional networks
• Strategic thinker who makes things happen
• Experience in international /European markets will be a plus
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent PC skills (MS Office)
