Data monitoring and analysis are crucial for identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Experience with platforms like Douyin, YY, and Bilibili is preferred, along with familiarity with live streaming tools and a strong understanding of game streaming, especially in the context of card games and ZenYou-style broadcasts.

职位描述

岗位职责： 1.负责游戏主播的基础培训与扶持，制定并实施主播成长计划，确保主播直播数据的持续优化； 2.根据主播的直播表现、个性特点及粉丝画像，制定针对性的扶持方案，提升直播间在线观看人数、活跃度及用户留存率，同时对主播的游戏引流效果负责； 3.负责全职及合作主播的日常管理工作，包括直播内容规划、开播支持、问题解决等，确保主播团队的稳定和高效运作； 4.监控并分析直播数据，发现主播及直播间的优化空间，提出可落地的解决方案并推动执行；

职位要求

1.大专及以上学历，熟悉抖音、YY、B站等主流直播平台的规则和运营逻辑；有直播运营相关经验者优先，熟悉棋牌游戏直播内容及禅游直播类型者优先考虑。 2.熟悉直播间常用工具（如雷电模拟器、小红花等），能够独立完成开播支持工作； 3.具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神，能够与主播、运营团队及其他部门高效配合。 4.对数据敏感，具备较强的逻辑思维和问题分析能力，能够快速定位问题根源并提出切实可行的解决方案；加分项： 1.有成功的主播孵化或直播间运营案例； 2.对棋牌游戏有深入了解，熟悉相关用户群体及需求； 3.具备一定的内容策划能力，能够为主播提供直播内容创意支持。
