Job Description

• Anchor Recruitment: Formulate and execute anchor recruitment plans, extensively discover and recruit anchors who meet the requirements for Mahjong live broadcasts through various channels, ensuring the recruitment target of [X] anchors is completed monthly.
• Communication and Connection: Communicate and negotiate with potential anchors, thoroughly introduce company advantages, live broadcast platform policies, cooperation models, and benefits, answer anchor questions, and establish good cooperative relationships.
• Conduct preliminary screening and evaluation of recruited anchors, assessing their image and temperament, live broadcast ability, Mahjong game proficiency, and interaction skills, to provide high-quality anchor resources to the team.
• Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with anchors, conduct regular follow-ups, understand anchor needs, coordinate and resolve issues encountered by anchors during live broadcasts, and improve anchor retention rates.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor anchor recruitment strategies, propose targeted optimization suggestions, and continuously improve recruitment processes and plans.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years or more of experience in live broadcast industry business, anchor recruitment, or related work experience, with a preference for those familiar with anchor recruitment channels and processes.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively communicating with different types of anchors and reaching cooperation intentions.
• Strong interest in Mahjong games, understanding Mahjong game rules and gameplay, with a preference for those familiar with the Mahjong live broadcast market.
• Possess strong data analysis capabilities, able to evaluate recruitment effectiveness through data analysis and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Proactive in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution, good team collaboration spirit, and ability to withstand certain work pressure.
