2. Design and continuously optimize the matching experience, balancing matching time and quality for players of different skill levels;
3. Optimize the game's hidden matching score mechanism to better reflect player strength and improve convergence speed;
4. According to the project's gameplay features, design ranking rules and values, control the ranking experience for players of different skill levels, and improve user retention;
5. Propose matching-related data analysis and reporting requirements, monitor the operation of the matching system, and promptly adjust matching rules to enhance player satisfaction;
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related majors;
2. At least 2 years of experience in game numerical design, with experience in matching and ranking design preferred;
3. Familiar with common game matching algorithms and strategies, with ideas on ranking and matching mechanisms;
4. In-depth experience with one or more mainstream FPS competitive games, understanding their matching rules and ranking experience;
5. Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds;
6. Strong sense of responsibility and passion for games, able to think independently and proactively drive problem-solving.
