The Lead, Commercial Planning - Enterprise role involves developing the go-to-market strategy for Food Enterprise merchants on the GrabFood platform. This position requires managing deal calendars, monitoring performance metrics, identifying business improvement tactics, and conducting market intelligence. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure business growth and profitability. Responsibilities include deal management, business management, business improvement, and market intelligence. This position reports to the Head, Enterprise Commercial and is located in Ho Chi Minh City.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or commercial planning.
  • Experience in on-demand delivery or Food Delivery or Ecommerce.
  • Experience with project management and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using BI tools, Excel, and SQL.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese

Get to Know the Team

The GrabFood team is a dynamic group focused on delivering a seamless food delivery experience to our users. We work with restaurants, delivery partners, and customers to ensure that everyone has a great experience. You will be involved in several aspects, including partnerships with restaurants, logistics for delivery, customer support, and marketing. We also always analyze user feedback to improve our services and introduce new features.

Get to Know the Role 

We are looking for a dynamic warrior to develop the excellence go-to-market for our Food Enterprise merchant, guiding growth and maximizing profitability in GrabFood platform.

You will report to Head, Enterprise Commercial.

You will work onsite at HCM City.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Deal management: work with Commercial & relevant team to set, monitor the master deal calendar in both quality and quantity to support business growth.
  • Business management: manage daily Total Food Enterprise performance metrics, recommend the quick-win and troubleshoot with the relevant team to ensure the effectiveness/ accuracy vs planning.
  • Business improvement: identify tactics, establish and update the best practice to support business planning and improvement.
  • Market Intelligence: conduct & work with Commercial to establish weekly & monthly market intelligence and recommendations.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, commercial planning in On-demand delivery/ Food Delivery/ Ecommerce.
  • Experience about project management and excellent team work.
  • Data analysis in BI tools, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), SQL,..
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
