2. Coordinate and formulate the overall regional distribution plan, and lead the team to be responsible for market user research, product positioning, plan formulation, execution, and review optimization, being responsible for various performance data (revenue/activity/new users/retention).
3. Responsible for leading the team to strengthen the product's brand influence and reputation in the regional market, and assist in the long-term improvement of the product's local IP power.
4. Coordinate and be responsible for the team's division of labor, collaboration management, and project progress management within the region.
1. Possess rich market distribution experience, a clear understanding and logic for game distribution, and sufficient sensitivity to game data.
2. Work experience of 5 years or more, with practical experience and methodology accumulation, and at least 2 years of team management experience.
3. Experience in operating card game distribution is preferred.
