Job Summary

Responsible for the game project's research and development management, organizing and executing the entire process of requirements collection, planning, production, review, acceptance, and settlement; developing requirement plans and detailed plans, following up on execution, and promoting project progress, and summarizing regularly; responsible for internal and external development progress, cost, and quality communication and management; assisting functional managers in team management; responsible for interfacing with other relevant departments and reasonably arranging schedules; promoting internal team knowledge sharing and knowledge management.

Job Description

1.负责游戏项目研发管理工作，组织并执行需求整理、计划、制作、审核，验收到结算的整个过程； 2、负责制定需求规划和详细计划，跟进执行推动项目进展，并定期总结； 3、负责对内外部的开发制作进度，成本，质量的沟通和管理； 4、协助职能经理做好团队管理工作； 5、负责接口其他相关部门工作，并合理安排档期； 6、推进团队内部的知识分享和知识管理。
