Job Description
As a Senior Project PM, your responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating all departments of the game project. You will be responsible for tracking project progress, participating in project management processes, managing product development cycles and version planning, and overseeing product delivery and acceptance to ensure the content meets the company's quality requirements. Additionally, you'll identify and mitigate risks, coordinate project management tools, and analyze project status to provide comprehensive project support.

Job Details
1. 负责游戏项目各个部门的管理协调工作，跟进项目进度、参与项目管理过程、产品开发周期、版本规划管理、产品交付验收等进行实时跟踪与处理，确保内容符合公司质量要求； 2. 识别项目执行过程中的风险，并积极推动、协助各个部门制定解决方案，思考并迭代项目流程； 3. 协调项目管理工具的维护与优化，跟进研发相关文档的撰写与整理，维护知识库。 4. 定期分析和复盘项目状态与推进情况，并和相关同事同步报告和结论作为项目经验沉淀； 5. 协调和组织项目会议，记录并及时整理和同步日程安排、会议记录以及行动计划等； 6. 处理跨部门合作事宜，与各个合作部门进行沟通协调需求，提供多角度的项目支持。
