[LOST ARK Mobile] Balance Planning Team Leader

Smilegate RPG is seeking a team leader for [LOST ARK Mobile] Balance Planning. Responsibilities include designing mobile MMORPG balance, managing the team, and designing combat and economic balance directions. Experience with data input and maintenance for combat/economic balance is crucial. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in balance tuning, issue handling, core loop design for mobile MMORPGs, reward system design, and content PLC design. Prior experience from initial development to launch and live operation, along with extensive Lost Ark gameplay, is preferred. The role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience.
