Hybrid Cloud Strategy/Development Lead (CTO Division)

Smilegate Megaport seeks a seasoned leader to develop and execute its hybrid cloud strategy. This CTO-level role involves leading the technical roadmap for flexible service migration, including private cloud infrastructure and data center operations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing private cloud operational strategies, managing on-premises and cloud-based services, overseeing physical data center equipment, managing GitLab and CI/CD tools, and managing internal IT infrastructure. Collaboration with external vendors and partners, and across international subsidiaries, is crucial. This position requires 15+ years of relevant experience in data center management and large-scale service operation within a Kubernetes-based private cloud environment.
