Job Description

This role involves managing the Chinese service for the upcoming Next Crossfire game. Responsibilities include communication with Chinese stakeholders, establishing and managing collaborative processes between Korea and China, supporting project launches and publishing activities based on the business plan. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as a Chinese service PM in the gaming industry, native-level Chinese proficiency, and a strong understanding of game development and the Chinese gaming market. Excellent communication and reporting skills are essential. Project launch experience and Chinese travel experience are highly desirable. This is a full-time, on-site position at Smilegate Campus in Seongnam, South Korea.
Must have:
  • 3+ years Chinese service PM experience in gaming
  • Native-level Chinese proficiency
  • Deep understanding of game development & Chinese market
  • Excellent communication & reporting skills
Good to have:
  • Project launch experience
  • Strong Chinese language skills
  • Experience with China business trips

- 게임 개발 프로세스에 대한 높은 이해도 - 중국 게임시장에 대한 폭넓은 이해도 - 원활한 대내외 커뮤니케이션 역량 - 보고서 작성 및 데이터 시각화 능력(PPT, Word, Excel 등)
우대사항
- 프로젝트 런칭 경험 - 중국어 활용 능력 - 중국 출장 경험
