Animator/ Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative Animator & Graphic Designer to collaborate closely with our design, product development, and social media teams. The ideal candidate will contribute to the UI and graphics of our app, support our content strategy with engaging animations, and create visually appealing content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Design and Product Teams: Work closely with graphic designers, illustrators, video editors, and the social media manager to understand product features, benefits, target audience, and project requirements.
• Animation Production: Create high-quality 2D/3D animations using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender) for the app's user interface, marketing campaigns, instructional videos, and tutorials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual aesthetics.
• Storyboarding and Concept Development: Develop animated storyboards and concepts that clearly explain how to use and benefit from our products and instructional materials.
• Graphics Design: Develop high-quality graphics for social media, website, mobile app, marketing materials, and more. Create custom illustrations and icons to enhance the user experience and visual appeal of the app.
• Content Strategy Contribution: Produce animations and graphics that support our content strategy and engage our audience across various digital platforms.
• Quality Assurance and Feedback Iteration: Review and refine animations and graphics based on stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Stay Updated: Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in animation, motion graphics, and design to continually enhance the quality and creativity of our content.
• Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with other members of the creative team to integrate animations seamlessly into marketing campaigns and other content initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Animator and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of animation styles, techniques, and design projects.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Animate, After Effects), Maya, Blender, and graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Figma.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, weight, and anatomy, as well as graphic design principles and techniques.
• Strong artistic and storytelling skills, with the ability to conceptualize and convey ideas visually.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools such as Premiere Pro is a requirement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from the creative team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for animation, graphic design, and a keen eye for detail.
