We will count on you to:

• Monitoring movements with the insurance company.
• Review policy issuance.
• Request policy corrections if necessary.
• Make records in the system and share the policy with the client.
• Analysis, review, and dispatch of general policy documentation.
• Advice to clients according to their needs.
• Support to Marsh’s global network with the different offices worldwide.

What do you need to have?

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service and administrative transactions.
• At least 1 to 2 years working in insurance area.
• English proficiency (Advanced or Bilingual).
• Microsoft Office knowledge (excel, PowerPoint, other).
