As the on-site production and progress director, you will be the "control tower" for virtual talent live events, playing a vital role in ensuring the success of live performances. Responsibilities include managing live on-site progress, production progress, checking and reviewing scripts, overseeing all project staff, and responding quickly and flexibly to problems. You will work with the studio team, which handles all productions such as models, stages, and productions for 3D LIVEs conducted by the company's IP businesses such as "Vspo!" and "RIOT MUSIC", and also prepares the distribution environment on the day of offline events. The studio is divided into teams for character modeling, stage production, technology development, and motion capture studio management and operation, but all team members work as one team to create one event. In addition to the IP business operated by the company, the team also performs production work at companies with which it has a business alliance.
