This part-time role focuses on providing first-class customer support in Italian for a gaming company. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries via live chat and phone (callbacks), troubleshooting technical issues related to game consoles/PCs, maintaining excellent communication, and collaborating with a global team. The position requires fluency in Italian and English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience with gaming consoles/PCs is a plus. A two-week paid training period is included.
