As a PPC Lead at SDG, you'll develop and oversee PPC strategies, identify growth opportunities, and lead a team of 10 PPC specialists. We are looking for a User Acquisition Lead for one of our investment products..

Your main tasks will be:

    • Develop, implement, and oversee strategies for PPC channels.
    • Identify growth opportunities across channels and ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of PPC specialists (10 ppl).
    • Provide guidance on best practices and ensure the team stays up-to-date with industry trends.
    • Allocate and monitor budgets across channels and projects to ensure cost efficiency. Forecast, track, and adjust budgets based on performance.
    • Work closely with creative and analytics teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

    We expect from you:

    • 5+ years of experience in PPC or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign structures)
    • Strong people management skills.
    • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
    • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and attribution models.
    • Knowledge of A/B testing tools and methodologies.
    • English is B2 or higher.
