Product Overview:
Adobe Captivate is a smart eLearning authoring tool that enables users to create responsive and interactive learning experiences. It’s widely used for creating quizzes, simulations, and software demos with ease and efficiency.
Adobe ColdFusion is a comprehensive web application development platform renowned for its efficiency in creating dynamic and high-performing web applications.

What You Will Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with overall 12+ years of experience.
5+ years of experience in program management within an enterprise product development organization.
Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and project management methodologies.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

What You Will Do:
Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs related to Adobe Captivate and Adobe ColdFusion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful program outcomes.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and any issues that arise.
Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation and ensure that teams are properly equipped to meet project goals.
Innovation and Improvement: Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and tools.
