Product Manager

Job title: Product Manager-III

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months with high potential to extend

General (All 3 roles) Qualifications:

• Ability to work with remote teams, between the hours of 9-5 ET
• 2+ years of product management and/or product owner experience NOT: Project Manager
• Demonstrated success as a product manager or similar role working with small business ecommerce tools.
• Experience with SaaS products, including in ecommerce and online marketplace tools.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and collaborations with design, engineering, and operations teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to every audience.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view and the ability to influence and guide them to decisions and finality.
• Expertise at customer, operations, and workflow research and past examples of creating new customer value.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, working with engineering teams, testing, UX, and cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of API's.

Nice To Haves:

• Amplitude or other event tracking and reporting skills.
• Frequent visitor to local game stores and appreciation for these small businesses.
• Experience with Trading Card Games (Magic the Gathering, Pokemon).
• Purchasing and selling cards.
• Playing the games.
• Experience with TCGplayer.
• Experience selling on our online marketplace.
• Role Notes / Additions

Role 1 = In-Store Team

• Background in Point of Sale-related applications.
• Shopify integration experience a plus.

Role 2 = Online Platform Team

• Experience working on tools designed for sellers in an eCommerce environment.
• Working knowledge of shipping/order tracking systems.

Role 3 = Inventory Management Team

• Experience working with inventory and pricing tools.
• Bonus: Experience working with inventory digitization solutions.
