Product Manager - Casino

About the Team

Casumo believes that excellence can be delivered in all aspects of the product. We are looking for the right product professional with a data driven mindset and strong business understanding to join the Product team to deliver on this mission through growth and optimal product experience.

As Product Manager You Will:

• Work with business owners, stakeholders and the rest of the Product team to produce a product vision and roadmap to provide a best in class casino product to our customers.

• Research and analyse the market, understand competitors and listen to users to impact the product roadmap.

• With the use of data and business needs, define and build business cases and produce product specifications to growth Casino KPIs.

• Together with business owners, assess value, develop cases, and prioritize tasks, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.

• Serve as a Product Owner in a Scrum team ensuring there is a healthy backlog.

• Provide backlog management, planning and elaboration of the user stories as well as create the requirements.

• Lead the product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.

• Provide an active role in the successful release of our product features in line with the roadmap and timelines.

• Run tests, obtain results and perform detailed analysis on the success and impact of product improvements.

• Produce Sprints/Roadmap Reporting to provide visibility on what the team has been working on, and what will work on in following sprints.

You Are:

• Has at least 3-5 years experience in building customer facing products in a similar Casino Product role, with a clear track record in improving Casino KPIs.

• Has a good understanding in gaming mechanics, games studios and games trends.

• Has a good understanding of Slots, Live Casino, Jackpot Games and other games ecosystems.

• Has a data driven mindset to evaluate impact and success.

• Has knowledge of agile methodologies and worked in an agile environment.

• Knows when to initiate and lead, and when to play back-line and support.

• Cares deeply about great products and their experiences.

• A problem solver, multitasker and initiator.

• A hands-on type of character, yet with a strategic approach.

• Amazing at communication, both verbally and in writing.

• Thrives at the intersection of Design, Tech and Business.
