The PSP Analyst will analyze payment methods' performance, transaction rates across different regions, and regional performance. The role requires maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of payment methods. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with at least one year of experience as an analyst, and advanced proficiency in business English. The candidate should be eager to continuously learn and develop professionally, staying abreast of the latest best practices.

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a PSP Analyst. We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze payment methods' performance
  • Analyze payment transaction rates across different regions
  • Evaluate regional performance and coverage
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of payment methods

Key requirements:

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • At least one year of experience as an analyst
  • Advanced proficiency in business English (B2 level)
  • Thorough understanding of the IT industry and its major processes
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and develop professionally, staying abreast of the latest best practices

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
  • Background in analysis Familiarity with the Gambling or iGaming sector
  • Basic knowledge of Devcode (or other gateways) and platform functionality understanding
