Job Description

Senior Murex Datamart Consultant needed for Group Technology and Operations (T&O) to analyze, design, and configure a database for Murex DataMart implementation. Responsibilities include carrying out configuration for accounting, transaction, compliance, PL, cash flow reports. The role requires 4-8 years of Murex Datamart Module experience, basic understanding of financial products, SQL and Murex Data model knowledge. Experience supporting Treasury & Markets applications is a plus. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in an agile team, solving problems and contributing new ideas. Strong technical documentation and client-facing skills are essential. Knowledge of Sybase, Unix commands, shell/Perl scripting, and Murex DataMart objects is required.

Must have:

4-8 years Murex Datamart experience
Financial product knowledge
SQL & Murex Data model expertise
Sybase, Unix, Shell/Perl scripting
Technical/functional documentation
Client-facing interaction
Murex DataMart object configuration

Good to have:

Treasury & Markets application support

In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and configure a database for Murex DataMart implementation.

Ability to carry out configuration for accounting, transaction, compliance, PL, cash flow, etc reports.

Skills

Must have

4 to 8 years of experience in the Murex Datamart Module

Basic understanding of Financial products

Knowledge of SQL and the Murex Data model

Experience in supporting Treasury & Markets applications is a plus.

Working in a very collaborative and agile team, you are expected to work collaborate, negotiate, make trade-offs, and handle conflicts. Strong capability to solve problems, and be an out-of-box thinker who frequently comes up with new ideas.

SQL language, preferably in the Sybase environment.Should have knowledge of the procedure, function, trigger, index, and tuning Market Data experience

Unix system commands and shell/Perl script programming.

Should have experience in creating technical/functional documents along with requirement analysis/client-facing roles.

including MDRS, MDCS, and RTBS.

Detailed understanding and working knowledge of the configuration of Murex DataMart objects.
