Key Responsibilities
- Builds and maintain excellent client connect.
- Understand the requirement of the customer to undertake processing of the request.
- Liaising with stakeholders of D&B to facilitate the information flow for preparation of reports.
- Partners effectively build connect with domestic and international D&B stakeholders to build better synergy and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Ensure highest levels of controls and compliances are adhered to while meeting fulfillment of reports
- Understanding the datapoints in the report to address queries of the customer and provide correct substantial, accurate and satisfactory explanation/response to the customer.
- Create an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team
Key Requirements
- Graduate or post-graduation with 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment
- Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort
