Key Responsibilities
Builds and maintain excellent client connect.
Understand the requirement of the customer to undertake processing of the request.
Liaising with stakeholders of D&B to facilitate the information flow for preparation of reports.
Partners effectively build connect with domestic and international D&B stakeholders to build better synergy and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Ensure highest levels of controls and compliances are adhered to while meeting fulfillment of reports
Understanding the datapoints in the report to address queries of the customer and provide correct substantial, accurate and satisfactory explanation/response to the customer.
Create an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team
Key Requirements
Graduate or post-graduation with 1-3 years of relevant experience
Good communication skills
Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment
Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort
